Rename curtain walls on a specified level based on their proximity to a specified element

In some architectural projects, you might need to use curtain walls instead of windows. In this case, renaming these walls is necessary to add them to quantity schedules.

This script allows you to rename curtain walls and add a sequence of names and numbers to the “Mark” parameter.

To ensure a systematic renaming process, the script lets you select the level where the walls to be renamed are located.

Additionally, you can choose any Revit element to control the order of the wall names based on their proximity to or distance from that element.
